I believe healing begins when people feel truly seen and understood. Our relationships often carry the emotional weight of life’s stress—it shows up in how we reach for each other, how we pull away, and how closeness starts to feel harder than we want it to be.

I help couples, families, and individuals move from feeling overwhelmed or stuck in painful patterns to feeling more steady, clear, and connected. In therapy, we slow things down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and shift the patterns that keep you feeling disconnected or reactive.

My Focus Areas:

Couples, Trust Recovery & Relationship Clarity: I work with couples across the spectrum—from those wanting to strengthen their connection to those navigating high-conflict cycles and trust ruptures. I also support couples at a crossroads, helping you find clarity about whether to rebuild or separate in a way that feels grounded and respectful. The focus is on reducing reactivity and creating space for clearer communication and decision-making.

Maternal & Family Support: I support parents and families who want more calm and connection at home. A key part of my work includes supporting mothers through pregnancy and postpartum (PMADs), including anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and the emotional load of parenting.

Anxiety, OCD & Life Transitions: I help individuals navigate anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, and emotional exhaustion. Whether you’re in a major transition or feeling stuck in long-standing patterns, we work toward more stability and balance in daily life.
