I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space for mothers to explore their feelings, develop coping strategies, and embrace their new roles.

Life can be challenging, especially with the expectations placed on us by society, social media, and ourselves. Whether you are navigating a career change, entering a new stage of life, or feeling the pressures of social media comparisons, I am here to offer support and guidance in a safe, judgment-free space. Often, we have a narrative about how our lives should unfold or what we anticipated. My aim is to collaborate with you to prioritize your values and goals, moving beyond external expectations, to help you achieve clarity and confidence in your unique journey.

I specialize in working with adults who are striving to overcome life’s challenges or seeking a deeper understanding of themselves. My collaborative approach helps identify and address negative thinking patterns, develop personalized coping skills, and create positive behaviors to replace negative cycles. My therapeutic methods incorporate techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, somatic methods, and mindfulness. These evidence-based approaches have proven effective in helping clients achieve their goals and enhance overall well-being.

I am particularly passionate about supporting mothers during prenatal and postpartum periods, as well as those facing fertility challenges. Motherhood is a profound journey that encompasses both joy and stress. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space for mothers to explore their feelings, develop coping strategies, and embrace their new roles.

If you would like to learn more about my approach and see if my personality and style are a good fit for you, please contact me. I look forward to the opportunity to speak with you.
